This stand is made of beautiful snakewood from South America.   The ying-yang designs on all sides are hand carved from cocobolo and lacewood.   Asian influences are present throughout the design.

The warm reds and browns of cocobolo wood draw the eye to this plant/art stand.   The contrasting wood is quarter-sawn sycamore.   There are over 96 hand fitted pieces in this work.
